CANCELLATION POLICY
As a mobile massage therapist, time and travel are carefully planned to ensure the best service for all clients. Please review the following policy: To reserve your mobile massage appointment, a 50% deposit of the service total is required at the time of booking. This deposit will go toward your service on the day of your appointment. Please review the cancellation terms below: Cancellations made with more than 24 hours’ notice: Your deposit is fully applied to your rescheduled appointment. Cancellations within 24 hours: The 50% deposit is forfeited. Same-day cancellations or no-shows: You will be charged 100% of the service fee. We understand that life happens, and exceptions may be made for emergencies at our discretion. Thank you for respecting our time and helping us serve all clients fairly.
